Whats the difference between a Landlord and an agent account?

Choosing an agent account will mean the address you used while registering will appear in your account profile for students to view. Whereas choosing a landlord account will mean that your address will not appear for others to view. This is simply to ensure personal addresses (for example landlord addresses) and company addresses (for example estate agent and private halls of residence) are dealt with appropriately.

How much does it cost me to advertise my student accommodation?

Advertising student accommodation is completely free. There is no charge and no payment details are taken from you at any time. Also, there is no limit to the amount of properties you can advertise. So from landlords owning one property to letting agents owning several hundred, everyone can benefit from our free service.

Register and sign in to your new account to start adding your student properties. Adding properties once you have logged into your account is very easy. The navigation layout is very intuitive and you can have all your property details added quickly. Should you have any problems at anytime please contact us.

How long does it take before my properties are viewable to the public?

Your property adverts will be viewable immediately.
Your property/ies will be displayed as a full page advert detailing all of the important features, and can include a number of photographs and a link to a location map.

How do I add/edit my property details?

When you register online you will choose your own username and password. With these you can log into your account and easily navigate around. Here you will be able to add, delete, and edit all aspects of your property advertisements. Including pictures, facilities, descriptions, prices, and availability dates.

Can you tell me how I can upload photographs?

All photographs can be easily uploaded while adding or editing your property details in your control panel. Simply ensure all the photos you need are saved onto your computer. This can be done by scanning in your photos or transferring them from your digital camera or memory.

If you do not own a digital camera or a scanner you may send your photos to us and we can transfer them to your property adverts. These can be sent back to you. Please contact us if you would like this service.

How do students contact me?

You include all the contact details you wish to share in your property listing. We recommend leaving at least one phone number and an email address. However, if you don't want to give out any personal information and prefer to receive emails from future tenants, simply don't include any contact details when adding a property listing. Students can then simply click the "contact me" button on your property advertisement. Here they will send you a secure message straight to your email address you used during the registration without them seeing any of your contact details.
